We provide digital tools, data, analytics, AI-assisted insights, and community features connecting members ("Members") with third-party developers, agencies, and service providers.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and the accompanying Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of INTRIC's Role

INTRIC is a technology and information provider, not a licensed real-estate agency, property developer, investment adviser, broker, or fund manager. Developers, agencies, and service providers may list properties and non-property investment opportunities on the Platform. INTRIC or its team may provide factual information or facilitate communication upon request butdoes not act as an agent or representative for any buyer, seller, or developer. All transactions are conducted directly between Members and third parties;INTRIC is not a contractual party to any transaction and bears no transactional or fiduciary responsibility.

3. Platform Fees and Revenue Model

INTRIC may receive success, referral, marketing, or platform fees from developers, agencies, or other service providers for transactions or leads generated through the Platform. Such commercial arrangements do not alter the price payable by Members unless expressly disclosed. INTRIC may introduce or revise membership, subscription, or service fees for Members at any time with reasonable notice. INTRIC reserves the right to modify its pricing and business model at its discretion as the Platform evolves.

4. AI, Data, and Automated Tools

The Platform employs AI models and data-analytics tools which may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. All AI outputs, forecasts, and recommendations are for informational purposes only and are not professional advice. Members must perform independent verification and due diligence on any listing or opportunity and obtain licensed legal, tax, and investment advice before acting.

Members agree to use the Platform lawfully, conduct independent due diligence, seek professional advice before entering transactions, provide accurate registration information, and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Listings and content originate from independent third parties. INTRIC does not verify or warrant accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality, or regulatory status. INTRIC is not liable for third-party actions, omissions, or representations.

Platform materials are general information, not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the Platform is an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or invest in any property, asset, or project. Inclusion of a project, developer, or provider does not imply endorsement by INTRIC.

9. Fees, Memberships, and Modifications

INTRIC may introduce tiered memberships, subscriptions, or other paid features and may change or discontinue any service, pricing, or fee model with reasonable notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Limitation and Exclusion of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: INTRIC, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages, losses, costs, or claims arising out of or in connection with the Platform, its content, or any transaction between Members and third parties. INTRIC makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement of any content or AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws of Hong Kong or other applicable jurisdictions.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INTRIC, its affiliates, and personnel against all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, or disputes between you and third parties.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

INTRIC processes personal data in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486) and other major frameworks including the Singapore PDPA, EU GDPR, UK DPA 2018, and California CCPA. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, algorithms, databases, content, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to INTRIC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any material without prior written consent.

14. Termination

INTRIC may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for legal or regulatory reasons. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
Jurisdiction: The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
Arbitration Option: Disputes may be resolved under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules, seat Hong Kong, language English.

16. Miscellaneous

Force Majeure: INTRIC is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede all prior understandings.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver.
Language: English shall prevail in all interpretations.
